Senior Product Designer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer who can run a full end-to-end product design process by discovering user problems, creating meaningful solutions (UX + UI) and prepare production-ready designs. Our small product team is highly collaborative, driven by excellence, and pushes for innovation.

Your Responsibilities

• Fully own the design and user experience for our mobile B2B & B2C apps on iOS & Android
• Conduct user interviews to better understand user needs 
• Analyze competition, watch design trends and dive into data analytics in order to prepare the stage for your concepts & designs 
• Iteratively shape and improve your concepts and designs until you reach an effective solution that is in balance in terms of effort and impact
• Deliver production-ready designs according to your commitments 
• Partner with product management to understand strategy, industry and business needs as basis for all your creative work
• Partner with peers in the design team to provide a consistent visual experience across our software
• Help the design team maintaining and improving our design system
• Partner with engineering to understand their need and ensure a smooth product development process

Your Profile

• 5+ years of Product Design experience
• Proven ability to design valuable solutions for complex product problems
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates a track record of creating rewarding user experience
• Experience in designing web apps (mobile & desktop) and native apps (iOS & Android)
• Understanding of SaaS solutions that combines both B2B and B2C contexts  
• Solid set of UX methodologies to facilitate design workshops, doing product discovery, user interviews and running UX in agile environments
• An effective problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail, strong communication, and organizational skills
• Open design feedback culture
• Fluent spoken and written English
